也不知道是不是花粉過敏,綺綺自從上星期自然課老師要他們幫植物授粉之後,就一直出現喉嚨又痛又癢,然後支氣管腫脹不舒服的症狀,尤其入了夜就較易犯咳嗽。
原先只讓她喝白茶緩解喉嚨的不舒服,後來有時症狀嚴重些,便又拿了羅漢果潤喉糖加持,沒想到他們兄妹都說像川貝枇杷膏的味道,涼涼的好吃又有效(該不會只是想吃糖吧!)
原本想用羅漢果潤喉茶來替代潤喉糖(畢竟週六才能吃糖的家規還是不要隨便打破),但想想,或許煮成雞湯小娃們更會買單。尤其他們愛的菲比阿姨之前才跟我分享,他拿覓幸的羅漢果茶包來煮雞湯,非常美味(有菲比阿姨掛保證應該更有說服力)。
於是,今晚就燉了碗雞湯,讓綺綺取代睡前的白茶,喝暖暖了再去睡。
材料:
覓幸羅漢果潤喉茶茶包一個
小雞腿三支
紅棗脆片跟桂圓適量
小香菇幾朵
薑三四片
水約600CC
鹽巴適量
米酒一大匙
做法:
先將除了雞腿的所有材料,放入湯鍋中,煮滾後再煮5分鐘,再放入雞腿。蓋上蓋燉煮20分鐘,即可享用。
我覺得覓幸的草本茶系列的茶包,都很方便拿來做應用,尤其拿來煮湯做變化,小孩接受度更高。也許是我們請了有孩子的營養師跟中醫師來研發配方,所以很適合居家常備調理身體用,而且像是花旗蔘茶、黑豆茶,這種刻板印象比較有中藥味的茶,我覺得都比外頭賣的更溫潤順口。
順便跟大家分享一下,草本茶系列的茶包除了泡來喝,還可以怎麼做應用好了。
纖美茶:
除了大魚大肉、吃火鍋時可搭配喝好去油解膩外。我也會跟洛神花果乾一起作成果凍,或是搭配無糖鳳梨蒟蒻作成減醣人的手搖飲。凍成冰塊做調酒顏色也很漂亮。
花旗蔘舒康茶
花旗蔘是中醫師公認適合照護支氣管的保健藥材。所以這款一年四季,熱泡冷泡都好喝的茶,是居家必備款。除了泡茶,也可跟紅棗脆片一起,葷的可燉雞跟排骨,素的可燉山藥蓮藕,或是拿來煮銀耳、蓮子、桃膠等甜湯。
羅漢果潤喉茶
羅漢果又稱神仙果,有潤肺化痰,止咳通便的功效。覓幸的羅漢果潤喉茶,還加了彭大海,陳皮跟菊花。甘甘甜甜的喝了喉嚨很舒服。我會跟紅棗脆片跟桂圓一起拿來燉雞、燉排骨。拿來跟小米桂圓燉粥也好吃。
黑豆胡麻焙茶
就中醫的說法,黑色的食物補腎氣,黑豆、黑芝麻、何首烏、紫米......都是其中之一。可滋補養腎,腎氣充足便能調解身體機能,是排濕的關鍵,幫助提升免疫力。
覓幸的這款茶包,配方裡光是黑色的就用了營養價值高的青仁黑豆,炒過的黑芝麻,還有何首烏跟黃精。我特別會在大姨媽來時喝,之前送長輩和老師,他們也都覺得比日本的黑豆茶好喝(因為複方調配過啊!)你要是沒買首烏靈芝的藥膳包,這款也可以拿來替代燉湯煮麵線用。

四肢痕要養血潤膚
周小姐:「每逢秋冬我的四肢就會痕癢,忍不住不斷抓,嚴重時皮膚好像蛇皮一樣有小片狀,有時痕癢得難以入睡。」
CheckCheckCin:皮膚痕癢、皮膚乾燥粗糙有如魚鱗狀,觸摸時有棘手感覺,是中醫理論中「肌膚甲錯」的症狀,多見於血虛氣弱人士身上,例如血虛體質,伴隨症狀為面色偏白、口乾、心悸、容易頭暈、脫髮、指甲容易折斷、手足麻痹、大便偏硬等,血虛人士因氣血不足,體內血液未能濡養肌膚,引致皮膚乾燥、瘙癢,想改善症狀需要養血潤膚、滋陰生津,因為改善血液循環,痕癢便得以紓緩,可以適量食用紅棗、當歸、生地、熟地、北茋、黨參、黑豆、紅豆等食材。避免發物及喝酒、洗澡時水溫不宜太高,記得抹乾身上水份後塗抹一層潤膚乳,都有助紓緩痕癢症狀。
沙參玉竹防風茶
功效:滋陰養血、清心安神,紓緩血虛症狀。
材料:沙參12克、玉竹12克、防風9克
做法:材料洗淨。將材料放入鍋中,注入800毫升水,武火煮至水滾後轉文火煮20分鐘,倒入保溫瓶,反覆沖泡飲用,待水溫變暖後可加適量蜂蜜調味。
此茶可沖泡3至4次至味淡,建議一星期飲用2-3次,連續兩星期為一個療程。
備註:女士月經期間及孕婦不宜飲用。

功效:清熱化濕,紓緩皮膚泛紅或痕癢等症狀。

Nourish the blood and moisten the skin to relieve itchy limbs
“My arms and legs itch quite often during the autumn and winter and I can’t help but to scratch them. Sometimes it might even peel like snakeskin. I can’t even sleep in peace.”
CheckCheckCin: Itchy and dry scale-like skin, even feeling ‘prickly’ when touched – this condition, according to the Chinese Medicine theories, is ‘ji fu jia cuo’, or squamous and dry skin in English. It often happens to individuals who are weak in the blood and qi, for instance, those with the blood-deficient body constitution. The other accompanying symptoms are – pale complexion, dry mouth, palpitation, dizziness, hair fall, fragile nails, limb numbness, as well as dry and hard stools.
The blood and qi deficiency will disrupt the circulation of fluid to the skin, causing the skin to feel dry and itchy. In order to improve the symptoms, we need to replenish the blood to hydrate the skin, as well as nourish the yin and bodily fluid. This will help improve blood circulation, and hence relieve the itch.
Consider eating red dates, angelica root, fresh Rehmannia glutinosa (‘sheng di’), processed Rehmannia glutinosa (‘shu di’), Astragalus root, Codonopsis root, black beans and red beans. Avoid eating foods that are stimulating and avoid alcohol; do not bathe using water at a high temperature. Remember to apply a layer of moisturizing lotion on the body to relieve the itch on the skin.
Glehnia root tea with polygonatum root and root of Fangfeng
Effects: Nourishes yin and blood, clears heart and calms mind, relieves blood deficiency symptoms.
Ingredients: 12g glehnia root, 12g polygonatum root, 9g root of Fangfeng
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Place all ingredients into thermos. This tea can be re-brewed until flavour weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.

Ingredients: Honeysuckle, Wild Chrysanthemum, Caltrop
Effects: Clears heat and dispels dampness. Suitable for skin redness or itchiness.

Effects: Achieve rosy complexion, calms the mind, improves sleep, replenishes blood and nourishes the stomach.

大便乾硬要潤腸養血
大便狀態會隨著體質改變,軟身條狀大便最為健康,如果變得又乾又硬,不但排便時辛苦,甚至有可能令肛門受傷而出血,實在是說不出口的痛!出現乾硬大便除了因為喝水不足,如果伴隨口乾、皮膚乾、心悸、失眠、容易頭暈、睡眠時發熱等症狀,就屬於血虛體質,最常見情況是感染了風熱感冒、產後大量失血、長期晚睡等原因造成,體內津液耗虛,以致腸道得不到濡潤,而令大便乾硬甚至便秘。想改善症狀要記得避免熬夜,少吃辛辣、煙、酒、濃茶等刺激性食物,適量進食桂圓、南棗、紅豆、黑豆、黑芝麻、葡萄、烏雞等滋養補血的食材。
生地熟地桂圓茶
功效:潤腸通便,紓緩粒粒大便、大便偏硬或便秘等症狀,適合血虛體質人士飲用。
材料:熟地9克、桂圓9克、生地15克
做法:材料洗淨後放保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,再注入熱開水焗15-20分鐘至茶味透出即可。此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期飲用2-3天,連續兩星期為一個療程。
注意:感冒未清者不宜飲用。

Loosen the bowels and nourish blood to relieve dry stool
The state of your stool will change with the body condition. Soft shaped stool is the healthiest. If the stool is dry and hard, it can be hard to defecate, and even cause an anal injury and bleeding. That is an unspeakable pain! Not drinking enough water will lead to dry and hard stool. If it is accompanied by symptoms such as dry mouth, dry skin, heart palpitations, insomnia, dizziness, heat during sleep, it could mean blood deficiency body condition. The most common causes are hot wind flu, significant blood loss after giving birth, frequent late nights. These issues consume body fluid, so that the intestines can not be moisturised, which makes the stool dry and even lead to constipation. If you want to improve these symptoms, remember to avoid staying up late, eating spicy, tobacco, wine, tea and other irritating foods. Appropriately consume longan, jujube, red bean, black bean, black sesame, grapes, black chicken and other ingredients to nourish blood.
Longan tea with processed rehmannia glutinosa and rehmannia glutinosa
Effects: loosens the bowels to relieve constipation, relieves symptoms such as lumpy stool, hard stool or constipation. Suitable for those with blood deficiency body condition
Ingredients: 9g processed rehmannia glutinosa, 9g longan, 15g rehmannia glutinosa
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 15-20 minutes until aroma develops. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.
Note: Not suitable for recovering from a cold/flu.
